ilyx is operated by Ilyx LTD. This page explains what we do — and more importantly, what we don't do — with the information that flows through the app.

What we never do

• We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We don't share your conversations, photos, or any other content with third parties for marketing.
• We don't track you across other apps or websites. There are no advertising SDKs in ilyx.
• We don't use your conversations, voice transcripts, or uploaded photos to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
• We don't profile you, score you, or build a behavioural model from your activity inside the app.

What lives on our servers

Some information has to be stored for the app to work at all: your account identifier so we know which conversations are yours, the messages you exchange with characters so the next reply has context, and any photos you choose to send. This data is kept only to make the product function for you — not for any other purpose listed below.

Your account is anonymous: it is created with a one-time login token and a password you choose — no email, phone number, or social login is required or collected. The token and password are the only credentials that identify your account across devices.

Security

All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Your login token stays in your keeping and your password is stored only as a one-way hash. Stored data — conversations, photos, account records — is held in encrypted storage at rest. Access to production systems is limited and audited.

Diagnostics

To find and fix crashes, the app sends anonymous diagnostic events to Sentry (a crash-reporting tool). These events do not contain your name, email, conversation content, or any other information that could identify you. They're short technical breadcrumbs like "chat opened" or "voice call ended" together with a stack trace if something crashed.

Your control

You can clear an individual conversation from inside the chat settings at any time. If you want your entire account and every row tied to it permanently deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove everything within seven days.
