These terms govern your use of ilyx. The service is operated by Ilyx LTD ("we", "us"). By using ilyx you agree to what's written below. If you don't agree, please stop using the app.

What ilyx is

ilyx is a conversational app where you talk with characters driven by language models. The characters are fictional and their replies are machine-generated; nothing they say is the opinion or advice of a real person.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ilyx. The app confirms your date of birth when you first sign in and won't create an account for users under 18.

Your content

You own the messages and photos you send. We hold them only to run the service for you — they are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train AI models (ours or any third party's). See the Privacy page for the full details.

Acceptable use

Don't use ilyx to create content that depicts minors, impersonates real identifiable people without their consent, or depicts illegal acts. Don't try to extract model weights, scrape data at scale, abuse our APIs, or reverse-engineer the service. Don't use ilyx to harass, threaten, or harm other people.

Premium and credits

Premium is a prepaid access window paid on-chain in AVAX — a one-time payment that unlocks premium for a fixed period (30 days or 1 year). It does not auto-renew; when the window ends, access simply lapses until you choose to buy again. Credit packs are one-time purchases used to unlock media inside the app. On-chain payments are final; because each purchase is settled on the blockchain, we cannot reverse a completed transaction.

Intellectual property

The ilyx name, brand, characters, system prompts, and the app itself are owned by Ilyx LTD. You may use the service for its intended purpose; you may not copy, modify, or resell any part of it.

Termination

You can stop using ilyx at any time and request your account be deleted (see the Privacy page). We may suspend or end access to accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty

ilyx is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that responses will always be accurate, appropriate, or available. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

If we update these terms, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
